Perishable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, all perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Processing or fulfillment error on our part

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Perishable items

  • Orders refused or rejected by correctional facilities or third-party institutions

  • Delays caused by carriers or facility processing

  • Returns sent outside the 10-day return window
